How long will the moratorium on gasoline price increases last in Kazakhstan?

On October 16 of this year, Kazakhstan introduced a moratorium on further increases in gasoline prices. Energy Minister Erlan Akkenzhenov commented on the terms of the moratorium on the sidelines of the Accord.
