The Central District Court of Tula has decided to keep one of the defendants in the housing scam case in custody. This was reported to MK in Tule by the press service of the courts and the USD of the Tula Region.

Let us recall that more than one hundred and twenty residents of the region suffered from the actions of representatives of the company OOO Partner (Yo-House). According to the investigation, in 2021, the management and employees of the organization entered into purchase and sale agreements and contracts for the construction of residential buildings worth more than 100 million rubles. However, they did not intend to fulfill their obligations. The clients of this company were left without housing and money. It is known that many of them took out loans to buy a house.

One of the accused was remanded in custody until February 21. The ruling has not yet entered into legal force and can be appealed in accordance with the procedure established by law. He faces up to ten years in prison and a fine of up to 1 million rubles.
