Video tokens allow for rapid verification of railway incidents and their prevention in the future.
KTZ-Zhuk Tasymaly LLP plans to purchase more than 2,500 portable video tokens for train assemblers and wagon speed controllers. The use of the devices will increase the discipline and responsibility of employees in the process of performing their official duties, as well as reduce the risks associated with safety violations.
It is also planned to install video recorders on the TE33A/AS series locomotives. It is planned to install 47 video recorders in 2025. These devices will provide monitoring of the situation on the road and help in the investigation of incidents. Video recorders will also help reduce cases of diesel fuel theft.
Also, "KTZ-Zuk Tasymaly" LLP is considering a project to introduce a remote video surveillance system (RCS). RCS will provide drivers with visual control of the condition of the track and the presence of a certain size when moving forward with cars. The image will be transmitted to an industrial tablet in the driver's cabin from a mobile video surveillance unit installed in the last car.
The project is at the review stage, and its implementation will significantly increase the safety and efficiency of the transportation process.
